New York Beauty Jewel Tones

I'm so excited about our next block of the month... it's one that has been on my list for years! November 14th we will be starting a New York Beauty Block of the Month! I've chosen Jewel Tones for this one- all in blenders including In the Beginning's Halcyon, Moda's Grunge, Maywood's Shadowplay, Northcott's Stonehenge and MORE! Because there's no background fabric, this is going to be one SATURATED beauty!

Because a New York Beauty includes some infrequently-used techniques (foundation paper piecing and curved piecing), we will have a class to accompany the first few months. (I will determine in January if we need to keep the class going or not.) The quilt we'll be making is quite large (96" x 106") so we'll need to complete four quadrants every month.
